(The begining of the lead part is pretty straight forward.
For the last part you will need to find a way of dropping
the pitch of the G (3rd fret Low E) to an F# (2nd fret Low E).
The most obvious way is to use a tremolo bar, but you can
also get a sound similar to it by bending the F# to a G
before you play the note. (a ghost bend)
That way when you hit the note and slowly release it will sound
like a G dropping to an F#.
Or you can get creative and start detuning your Low E string from G to F# to F...)
